Recipe for Cheese Cookies
If your dog gets tired of liver, you can try baiting with these cookies. The only problem is, they are so tasty, there may not be any left over for the dog.
1 cup of flour
1/4 lb. old cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1-2 tsp. ice water.
In a food processor combine the flour, cheese and cayenne pepper and process until the mixture is crumbly. Add the margarine and ice water and mix until dough forms. Roll into small balls and place on an ungreasw cookie sheet. Flatten the rolls with a fork and then bake in a 375 degree oven for ten minutes.
